STL Youth Jobs works to bridge the divide between our region’s youth and the growing skills gap in our workforce. The organization is developing a curriculum for a healthcare jobs track for young people from disinvested St. Louis neighborhoods. JSMF’s investment will support program design, recruitment and mentorship framework, identification of school partners, formalized healthcare and other partnerships, and design of evaluation tools or processes. |
