Summary The University of Missouri–St. Louis’s Collaborative Laboratory Internships and Mentorship Blueprint (CLIMB) is a paid internship program that provides research experience in STEM and career development opportunities for high school students from underfunded school districts. The CLIMB program aims to expand its curriculum by incorporating workplace-based experiences with private sector companies, providing practical insights into STEM career pathways in St. Louis. JSMF’s investment will support eight intern positions.
